Grand Lodge: Take in a spectacular sunset at Meadow View Park where you'll also find the focal point of our community: a 12,000 square foot private lodge with guest suites, an indoor pool, a well-equipped fitness center and spa, a lounge, a recreation and sitting area, and culinary facilities. Our Grand View Lodge also features an incredible exterior landscape, including a stone observation terrace, a boulder patio with a fire pit, a spa terrace, a waterfall patio featuring a spring fed stream, and a courtyard garden. While you're there, pick some apples from the orchard, take a stroll through the vineyard, or embark on a peaceful and tasty hike through a wildberry trail.

Overlook Park: Enjoy life at the top at Overlook Park, which boasts stunning 100 mile scenic views atop our very own Lickstone Ridge. Complete with a pavillion suitable for cookouts, stargazing, and accessing the Pisgah National Forest, visiting this scenic and majestic park will be “on top” of your list.

Cove Camp: For the camper that likes to rough it, we present Cove Camp, a primitive camping area for the rugged camper that likes to rough it. Modeled after the Pisgah National Forest camping areas, this primitive and secluded destination is designed for backpackers who want to get back to the basics.

Ridge Park: For the camper who doesn't like roughing it, we present Ridge Park Camp, a scenic and luxurious camping area complete with camping huts, bedding, picnic areas, fire rings, and gorgeous views of the Waynesville Watershed protected land.

Community Park: Pick up a rod and cast a fly into the trout pond at the Community Park. Perfect for the low lander or casual hiker, this beautiful and activity filled park is outfitted for an entire day of fun. Have a cook out at the pavillion, play some lawn games, fish in the catch and release trout pond, or relax in the magnificent Community Park pavillion.

The Loop: If one of our amenities isn't enough, try them all in a day hike! We have hiking trails for all different ages and activity levels, and all of our amenities are connected via hiking trail system.
